Choreographers Call for Hearts of Men Performance at Ailey Citigroup Theater!

About Hearts of Men: 

Created by Fredrick Earl Mosley in collaboration with Dudley Williams, Matthew Rushing, Clifton Brown, Brian Harlan Brooks, and Jamal Story, Hearts of Men was established as a safe space where men and genderqueer/nonbinary individuals could come together to share life experiences through the transformative power of movement. 

PERFORMANCE DETAILS:
Show Date: Saturday, August 29 | Tech Rehearsal: Friday, August 28
Performance Location: Ailey Citigroup Theater | 405 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019


- All genres, techniques and styles of dance are accepted and encouraged to apply!
- This application is open to males and genderqueer/non-binary individuals, all ages 18+ are welcome to apply
- Works in progress, premieres and previously performed works are welcome. 
- Group pieces only - must include 5 or more dancers. We can accommodate large groups of up to 12-15 dancers. 
- Performed works cannot exceed 6 minutes. You may apply with a work longer than 6 minutes, but are required to shorten to 6 minutes or less in order to present in the showcase. 
- Tech slots are 20 mins each and will be from 5:00 - 7:00pm. Slots will be assigned based on your availability.

Production Fee: $35
Application Fee:: $25
