We are currently seeking self-motivated, energetic and confident individuals to join our Capezio Flagship team. We are in need of part time management team members (key holders) who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the New York City location.

Part Time Key Holder Requirements:
• Dance, Theatre and Arts experience not mandatory but helpful
• Shopify Point of Sale knowledge preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills; leadership qualities
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel
• Ability to manage/train staff members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and certain holidays
• Must have knowledge of basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Including but not limited to:
• Planning, assigning and directing work
• Appraising performance
