A 6-Week Artist Development Program for Choreographers & Emerging Dance Companies

Professional Pathway is a six-week cohort experience designed for choreographers, independent artists, and emerging dance companies ready to strengthen both their artistic vision and the foundation of their creative practice.

Led by choreographer, producer, and creative producer Tracie Stanfield, this program bridges the gap between artistry and professional practice through mentorship, strategic planning, and individualized support. 

Participants receive:

Weekly 90-minute cohort sessions

One private 30-minute consultation each week

Personalized action plans and accountability

Resource library, templates, and practical tools

A culminating showcase to share work and connect with fellow artists
