Job Title: Beauty Sales Representative

Reports To: Direct Supervisor

Position Type: Internship (August - October), 3-4 hours a week

Schedule: Mondays or Tuesdays from 4:30pm-7:30pm

Pay Rate: $18-$20 an hour based on experience, (growth and commission opportunities)

Dance Lashes is beauty brand dedicated to supporting the talents of dancers and performers for competitions, photo shoots, recitals events and more. We are seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Sales Representative to work alongside our team of skilled professionals!

 

Job Summary:

The Beauty Sales Representative role is responsible for developing new opportunities, maintaining an organized client pipeline, scheduling product demonstrations, and converting prospective customers into partners.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify new customers related to dance studios, dance teams, dance schools, competitions, retailers and organizations.
Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
Build relationships with studio owners, coaches, dance directors and retail buyers
Present products and partnership benefits
Answer questions and maintain customer satisfaction
Attend meetings, brand events and competitions as needed
Generate wholesale and studio partnership opportunities
Schedule virtual and in-person meetings or product demonstrations
Maintain calendar and track accounts
Maintain CRM client tracker, customer notes, call history, meeting notes etc.
Record outreach, meetings, and follow ups
Follow up with customers after product demonstrations
Identify upsell opportunities, prepare quotes and assist with orders
Achieve outreach and sales goals
Work closely with direct supervisor and follow up on daily tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills
Friendly and positive attitude
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Knowledge and skills in MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Meets, MS Teams
Comfortable making outbound calls and relationship building
Strong organizations skills
Self-starter
Team oriented

 

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or higher education preferred
Dance, beauty, or retail experience is preferred
Must be knowledge and skills in MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Meets, MS Teams
Customer service or CRM experience is a plus
Reliable transportation if travel is required
