Targeted to the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and its CreateNYC planning team, Advancing Fiscally Sponsored Artists & Art Projects: A Report for the City of New York is the first comprehensive assessment of the characteristics, needs, and opportunities of the segment of independent artists and arts projects that have entered into an arrangement known as “fiscal sponsorship” with legally registered 501(c)(3) organizations.
