We believe Bharatanatyam is more than movement. Alongside nṛtta (pure dance), we teach the theory, history, and cultural context that give the art its depth. Our curriculum also includes body conditioning and alignment through yoga techniques tailored to the demands of the dance, preparing students both physically and mentally for their artistic journey.
