WestFest: Top Floor on Bank presents TWO programs featuring 16 visionary artists in an immersive, atmospheric performance experience! Stepping away from our traditional proscenium theatre, this year’s historic venue is situated in a loft environment with 25 windows overlooking the Hudson River. Featuring an immersive three-sided audience, old wood floors and soaring ceilings, we're excited to curate an intimate experience for you all!
