Joshua Beamish/MOVETHECOMPANY returns to New York with an evening of world and New York City premieres as part of the CUNY Dance Initiative. The program features the stage premiere of the pas de deux from DANCELIVE, Beamish's collaboration with Steven Sebring, for American Ballet Theatre principal dancers Herman Cornejo and Skylar Brandt. Joshua Beamish will perform Redemption, a new solo choreographed for him by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa. The other works – all by Beamish – are performed by artists from American Ballet Theatre, The National Ballet of Canada, Dance Theater of Harlem, Stephen Petronio Company, and Abraham.In.Motion (A.I.M.).
