ITNY will honor the Diversify Ice Foundation with the Will Sears Award at our 2023 Fall Frolic.

The Co-Chairs for the event are Curtis  McGraw Webster & Atoy Wilson. 

The Diversify Ice Foundation is the first foundation of its kind to support competitive minorities in figure skating by a black owned organization. The Diversify Ice Foundation provides sponsorship award packages in value of over $30,000 to competitive minority skaters, works with underrepresented schools to introduce the sport to more Black and Brown kids, provides performance opportunities to minority skaters, and supports skaters of color all across America with financial support, mentorship, networks, and opportunities.

Join us for a performance by the Ice Theatre of New York Professional Ensemble along with special guest artists in an "unplugged" format (without theatrical lighting) at Sky Rink, Chelsea Piers. The performance will be followed by a fundraiser at the Sunset Terrace with cocktails and buffet dinner. Funds raised will support the costs of rehearsals for our professional ensemble and outreach programming.
