Celebrated Middle Eastern dancer Anahid Sofian celebrates the 35th anniversary of her company with a Gala Performance featuring 25+ fabulous performers in the dance and music, both traditional and contemporary, of the Near and Middle East, including Turkey, Egypt, Armenia, Persia, and more.   Guests are Nourhan Sharif and Dancers; the bellydance troupe Sera Solstice Ensemble; Carlos Fittante & Robin Gilbert; and the Souren Baronian Music Ensemble on clarinet, kaval, oud, kanoon, violin and percussion instruments.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals. This one-year, 600+ hour program covers all Pilates apparatus and offers a complete, in-depth training experience. Flexible options are available to complete Mat training at Aline or through another approved program. Space is limited- secure your spot and take the next step in your teaching journey!
