$5 Ballet w/ Andrew Champlin and Mira Cook

The form is ballet, the body is yours. In this mixed-level technique class we focus on alignment, weight, and personal structure and how to coordinate these elements musically in space. Balletic and human, this class prepares the dancer to move through a wide range of contemporary forms. Andrew Champlin and Mira Cook will rotate teaching, with guest teachers occasionally throughout the season.
