Dance companies and choreographers of any genre interested in being presented by Peridance during APAP 2019 the weekend of January 4th - 6th, 2019 at the Salvatore Capezio Theater are required to complete an Online Application and pay a non-refundable $50 application fee.

Application Deadline is Monday, October 1st, 2018.

What you get from Peridance

Performances

Two fully produced performances, including a technical rehearsal.
-NYC based artists will tech the night of Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 starting at 9pm.
-Companies based outside of NYC will tech the night of Friday, January 4th, 2019 starting at 8pm.

Publicity

-APAP Showcase Listing Guide (You will be listed in the official APAP showcase guide both in print and online.)
-Presenter Booklets (These booklets will be given to every presenter and press person who attends the showcases.)
-Showcase Programs (These programs are the standard show programs that will be given to all public.) 
-Social Media blasts (Leading up to January's performances, there will be social media blasts scheduled periodically of all companies.)
-Email marketing (There will be email blasts scheduled periodically that will be sent to press, VIPs, presenters and to subscribers interested in APAP.) 
-Press Release (There will be a press release sent to all Peridance's press contacts.)
-Flyers & Postcards (These will be distributed throughout our Center and at our marketing distribution partner locations throughout the City.)
-Promotional video (We will post online teaser of all the companies.)
