Join the fun and healing experience of Afro Brazilian Fusion workshop with Bruno da Silva. This workshop inegrates Afro Brazilian dance and Reiki to unlock the hidden power in movement. The class introduces participants to beginner level floor workout, folkloric and modern dances, and the alignment of the chakras. All levels are welcome.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals. This one-year, 600+ hour program covers all Pilates apparatus and offers a complete, in-depth training experience.
