Applications for the TAKE ROOT 2025-2026 Season are now OPEN!
The TAKE ROOT series at Green Space is proudly entering its 18th season! It is our goal to aid in the continued development and performance of new dance work of various aesthetics, providing choreographers with a opportunity to produce their work. This curated, once-a-month series supports dance makers by providing our venue, Green Space, with technical and marketing support for a PAIRED evening of work.
Green Space's curated TAKE ROOT program will provide this opportunity selected seasoned artists based in NYC, 30 years of age or older. The series will focus on presenting within the theme of PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES OF DANCE.
