In this open program, witness an intergenerational, international group of tap dancers as they rehearse ,with and learn from Bufalino during her tap dance residency. Produced by the Jerome Robbins Dance Division, the two-week residency allows Bufalino to pass down solo material, along with historic ensemble choreography. The works in progress will be discussed and shared in an informal setting as part of the teaching and learning process, highlighting the artistry involved in continuing the legacies of this art form and, specifically, Bufalino's singular style.
