Presented by ClancyWorks Dance Company in partnership with Rajeeyah Finnie Myers, Affiliate Trainer with Narrative Arts and Culture (NAC) at Race Forward.

Through dance and discussion join us in exploring, CaribFunk, a technique that addresses identity, culture, and citizenship. Continue the conversation on dismantling racism within the dance world(s) and reimagining a more inclusive dance education where BIPOC students' needs are met and all dancers are able to flourish.

As part of an ongoing monthly series titled Building Racial Equity in the Arts through Dance (B.R.E.A.D.) these FREE workshops are Presented by ClancyWorks Dance Company in partnership with Rajeeyah Finnie Myers, Affiliate Trainer with Narrative Arts and Culture (NAC) at Race Forward. These workshops led by various facilitators from organizations who have proven backgrounds in facilitating racial justice trainings are open to dancers, teaching artists, educators and the wider dance community.
