Children's Ballet Class

Classical Ballet focuses on carriage of the body, lightness of jumps, and clarity of line. Ballet supports and enhances the study of all other dance forms and improves posture, flexibility, and coordination. Live music accompaniment.

Attire: solid-color leotard or solid color t-shirt, tights or leggings, ballet slippers required; ballet skirt optional

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals. This one-year, 600+ hour program covers all Pilates apparatus and offers a complete, in-depth training experience. Flexible options are available to complete Mat training at Aline or through another approved program. Space is limited- secure your spot and take the next step in your teaching journey!
