This Summer Intensive will run from Tuesday August 19th to Friday August 29th, with classes daily from 10am to 12noon, at Flamenco Vivo Studios , 4 west 43rd St on the 8th fl in Studio A, near Bryant Park. The workshop is for students with little or no experience in flamenco and we will be learning dance steps, playing castanets and cajon, and learning flamenco rhythms and songs, with an informal presentation for parents and their guests on August 29th. The age range is from 6-12 years old, with most students in the 8-10 year old group. Cost is 240.00 with financial aid available.
