Audition Schedule

Audition Groups:
Ages 3-7: 10-11:30am
Ages 8-12: 12-1:30pm
Ages 13+: 2-3:30pm

Audition Fee: $5 (Paid online only, non-refundable and non-transferable). To audition you must pre-register. Any questions? Send an email to school-info@dancetheatreofharlem.org.

What to Wear?

New Dancers: Students may wear a t-shirt or tank-top, gym/basketball shorts or leggings, and socks.

Intermediate and Advanced Dancers: Ladies may wear leotard, tights, and ballet slippers.

Males: Gentlemen may wear fitted t-shirt or tank-top, tights, leggings, or shorts, and ballet slippers.

Travel Directions

Location: Dance Theatre of Harlem, 466 West 152nd Street (between Amsterdam and St. Nicholas Avenues), New York, NY, 10031, 212-690-2800.

By Train: Take the A or D Trains (Express) OR the B and C Trains (Local) to the 145th Street Station. Come upstairs and walk along St. Nicholas Avenue to 152nd Street

or:

Take the #1 Train to 157th Street – Walk across 155th Street to Amsterdam, and over to 152nd Street.

By Bus:
M3 to 152nd and Amsterdam
M100 and M101 to 152nd and Amsterdam
M4 and M5 to 152nd and Broadway
