Embodied Spaces II: a choreography festival

Roxy + Company in association with Access Theater, presents Embodied Spaces II, a festival for new movement performance on November 7th-11th, 2018 as part of the Access Association Series. Roxy + Company (Roxy Gordon and her collaborators, musicians Ethan Primason and Dexter Dine and performer Hannah Lillevoy) are joined each evening by a different innovative emerging choreographer: E Grace Condon, Heath in Progress, Breeanah Tre'Chelle Breeden in collaboration with Anya Clarkeand Alexander Diaz, Lu Shirley Dai, and Maddie Schimmel. Embodied Spaces II celebrates the collaborative impulse and creative work that rethinks how we inhabit performance spaces.

This year the festival features work from the following artists! Each night a featured artist will present their work alongside roxy + company's newest work "soft Edges" performed by Dexter Dine Ethan Primason and Hannah Lillevoy.

November 7th, 2018: E Grace Condon (performance by Ellie Quiring) and moderation by Kathleen Kelley

November 8th, 2018: Lu Shirley Dai (performance by Nadia Hannan Sam Ulrich Marie Zvosec Ingrid Dehler-Seter Ntifafa Tete-Rosenthal) and moderation by Melanie Maar

November 9th, 2018: Breeanah Tre'Chelle Breeden (in collaboration with Alexander Diaz and Anya Clarke) and moderation by Johanna S. Meyer

November 10th, 2018: Heath in Progress ( Annie Heath Fara Niki Fara and Tommy Seibold) with moderation by Benedict Nguyen

November 11th, 2018: Maddie Schimmel (in collaboration with Madeline McCormack, Arielle Marache , Dervla Carey-Jones and Justin Faircloth) and moderation by Tara Sheena
