About the Work

Fade is a durational, improvisational piece exploring sound, found objects, and the textures of the body. It is a visceral meditation on grief, memory, and the slow process of “washing away” relational ties to the past. Through a collision of embodied gesture, sonic landscapes, and material textures, Fade invites the audience into a liminal space of transformation and release.

Performed over 30 minutes with no intermission, the piece is designed to inhabit slowness and density, asking us to sit with echoes, both internal and external.
