First Class $5! WEST AFRICAN

West African dance is energetic and expressive. Students will study traditional rhythms and movements from West Africa with dancer, drummer, Master Teacher Zan Myers.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing and bare feet. Women should bring a Lapa (a large scarf or piece of fabric that can be tied around the waist). 

Thursdays, 7-8pm
