This program is first come, first served. No prior dance experience required. 

In this series of workshops, the Library for the Performing Arts  invites you to learn Martha Graham’s famous technique through the Jerome Robbins Dance Division’s audio and moving image collection and the movement styles shown on the screen. Special guest speakers use material from the Division’s collection to lead movement workshops highlighting the history of the technique, focusing on the one developed by Martha Graham. Dance Division staff conclude the workshop with instruction on how to use the research catalog and access the materials shown during the workshop.
