Foundation Stone Meditation Workshop (Part 1)

The Foundation Stone Meditation series with the members of Eurythmy Spring Valley Ensemble begins on Saturday, April 6 at 3 pm.

Come and explore the indications given by Rudolf Steiner for the gestures and the forms of the Foundation Stone Meditation, the verse at the core of Anthroposophy.

$20 suggested fee.

Open to all. No previous experience necessary. Each workshop stands on its own.

Virginia Hermann will lead the first workshop. She has been performing with the Eurythmy Spring Valley Ensemble since 2013, including the Ensemble’s ongoing work with the Foundation Stone Meditation.
