“3 Esquinas Tango Show – Alegría” is an Argentine Tango Show, held live and FREE to the audience. This program is made possible by the New York City Artist Corps. The show is also supported by and performed at the El Barrios Artspace.

About 3 Esquinas Tango Show:

Originally, “3 Esquinas Tango Show” came  to life as an online show performed through Zoom throughout the pandemic, each of the three couples performing from their own Esquina- corner in their own homes. There were 4 previous editions performed through Zoom.

“Alegría” is the 5th edition, taking the audience from a dark atmosphere of anxiety and despair, to a bright and happy place, where exuberant celebration is the medium to overcome hardship.

About the artists:

Performers of this edition are three Tango dance couples, a trio of guitar, Bandoneon and violin and two singers, all nationally and internationally renowned artists:
