Forced to inhabit space, community and the afterlife together, Ghost ignites the performers to reflect on their own “ghosts”— the memories, emotions, and unresolved experiences that linger in their lives. Utilizing the dancers bodies and voices, all text and music is original. This project seeks to captivate both familiar audiences and newcomers, offering a visually striking and emotionally resonant experience that challenges conventional ideas of performance. Through this inter-disciplinary and immersive work, the performers are entangled in scenes both ridiculous and relatable, perhaps creating a shared space with the viewer for reflection, healing, and catharsis.
