BodyStories: Teresa Fellion Dance is thrilled to announce our exciting performances at Goddard Riverside Community Arts Program! 

p e r s e v e r i e n c e, when experience and perseverance meet, is a celebration of The BodyStories 2024-25 residency with the Goddard Riverside Community Arts Program at the Bernie Wohl Center. p e r s e v e r i e n c e is a series of three performances full of energy, and we can't wait to share our story with you. I would like to personally invite you to save the date to join our company for the upcoming performances on Thursday 6/12 at 7 pm and Friday 6/13 at 7 pm & 9 pm! We can not wait to celebrate the closing of our residency with Goddard, as well as the BodyStories community. 

These performances will share the essence of our most recent work. We are proud to present a newly developed p u r p l e f l a m e, the company’s newest original work Embers of Becoming, and a new production from our 2025 Summer Intensive Participants! We have been working on these materials throughout 2024-2025, and are filled with excitement during our home stretch of preparations to share this work with you!

p u r p l e f l a m e  explores the strength of human resilience through personal and community perspectives, focusing on the challenges of navigating health struggles and finding strength and adaptability within vulnerability. Embers of Becoming delves into the bittersweet journey of aging, addressing the weight of human existence and the ongoing process of coming-of-age. The work explores emotional tension between sorrow and joy, hardship and purpose, while prompting reflection on how we find meaning in life.
