Let us show you how to fuse the vintage and the new together with The Harlem Swing Dance Society!

No partner necessary: At 7pm for only $7! On Tuesdays Harlem Swings: Learn Harlem's Signature Cultural Dance the Lindy Hop and Swing Dance with The Harlem Swing Dance Society (THSDS). Instructor Rafal will assist you to learn great techniques and jazz steps to get you social dancing! Class is from 7pm to 8pm.

18 and under FREE to arttned!  12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
