This class will take beginning  students through the basic steps and terminology of Hula, the expressive and beautiful dance of Hawai'i. Cultural history and initial movements will be explained the and tech movements will be taught during class. You will learn a small Hula routine by the end of every other month. Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
