The Joffrey Concert Group NY returns to the Ailey Citigroup Theater with its ICONS Dance Festival, in which three dynamic young companies appear in a bold fusion of classical, modern, and contemporary dance styles.  JCG will perform works by artistic director Bradley Shelver; Limon2 will appear in dances by Jose Limon; and BH2 (Ballet Hispanico 2) will perform "Sombrerisimo" by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, and more.  In addition to the three performances, the event offers three master classes, open to dancers ages 14 to 25.  Held on Sunday April 19, classes are 9 to 10:15 AM taught by Blanca Huertas and Rodney Hamilton of The Ballet Hispanico School; 10:30 to 11:45 AM taught by Dante Puleio, Artistic Director of the Limon Dance Company; and 12 noon to 1:15 PM, taught by Shelver.
