Imaginative somatic exploration with morgaine de leonardis

This virtual class will focus on softness in the body/mind to calm, ground, and activate our central nervous systems. Through breath, touch, movement, stimulations, and stillness we will work with improvisation, imagination, and sensation to move through and with our individual and collective creativity. 

Available to purchase as a full series or as a drop-in. This class will be held online via Zoom. A link will be sent to participants within 72 hours of the class date.

Accessibility: 

-Auto-captions and open audio description will be available and in practice. 
-ASL is available upon request to morgaine at mdeleonardis1237@gmail.com
-Light music will be played, however we can do no music if requested.
-Camera on or off is welcomed. 
-You are encouraged to center your needs throughout the entire class.
-Everything offered in class is a suggestion or guiding structure. You're welcome to break the rules to suit your needs, desires, and creativity.
