Unveiling the Charm of Coppélia
The delightful tale of an eccentric toy-maker, the life-like doll he creates, and a young couple in love, George Balanchine’s Coppélia is considered to be one of the greatest comic ballets of the 19th century. Join us for a rare glimpse behind the curtain as we unveil the artistry and preparation that bring this beloved production and its unique characters to life, and see excerpts from the ballet before it opens to the public.
