Absolute Beginners Workshop

One hour workshop classes are taught in order to be able to cover and practice all basic aspects of flamenco. Classes will focus on strong footwork, upper body coordination, understanding flamenco music and compás, proper posture and breathing. We will begin to develop the muscle strength and dance skills necessary for flamenco dance as we learn a new choreography.  

No previous dance experience necessary!
