Come join the New York-based ensemble Artu Duo (cello and piano) for an evening of British music from the 20th and 21st centuries! Pianist Garret Ross and cellist Ruth Marshall met in 2009 at the International Festival-Institute at Round Top. Their first performance as a duo was in 2011. Since then, their collaboration has grown and thrived. The performance would begin with the Sonata in D minor for Cello and Piano by Frank Bridge (1917), and finish withLieux Retrouvés by Thomas Adès (2009).
