Hello all!

Monday I’ll be teaching at Ripley. I haven’t taught my personal classes in about two years so I’m excited to share my growth and techniques from training with you all. 

The piece is at an intermediate level but it’s a MF JAM!! We’ll be focusing on performance and personality, alongside cleanliness. Our warm up wont be too much on the traditional side. I'm excited to share some body awareness techniques that I've found helpful to use before moving.
