Archana Nrityalaya has a well-known reputation for grooming students into fine Kathak dancers and self-confident & graceful persons with deep-rooted understanding of Indian culture. The academy lays a solid foundation of theory, and is affiliated with SAMVED Exam Board,  providing certified Bachelors and Masters degree programs in Kathak. Its director, Guru Pandita Archana Joglekar is one of the top Kathak Dancers & Gurus, and has been awarded the prestigious titles of “Nritya Bharati” and “Shringar Mani” for her outstanding contributions to Kathak. She has conducted lectures on Kathak by invitation at Princeton University & Duke University and has performed at Lincoln Center on invitation by Julliard Music School (NY).
