Kiss My Face is an underground dance variety show now in its eighth volume. New York City's most exciting independent choreographers and performers — people who trained at the highest levels like Batsheva Dance Company, Gibney Dance Company, Juilliard, Broadway and more— bring fully realized, conceptualized work out of the institution and into a nightclub. Each volume is a single evening that moves between contemporary dance, performance art, theater, and live hosting, with enough camp to fill the room twice. It's not a recital, it's not a showcase, and it's not a concert. It's the kind of night where you spend the whole time not entirely sure what you're watching, and leave not wanting to talk about anything else.
