Mare Nostrum Elements is proud to present LAST CHANCE, an original dance theater work conceived, directed and choreographed by MNE’s Artistic Director Kevin Albert. A young man discovers something about his family that leads him to make a decision. LAST CHANCE explores the moment in life when you discover the world is not what you thought it was.

LAST CHANCE will feature dancers Collin Ranf in the leading role, MNE’s Artistic Director Nicola Iervasi as well as former Martha Graham Company Member Carrie Ellmore-Tallitsch. Featured dancers Caroline Brethenoux and Will Brown, as well as Assistant Choreographer Derek DiMartini were selected following MNE’s 2013 Emerging Choreographers Series, a guided five-week intensive workshop aimed at providing new choreographers with tools to create, develop and perform a new finished work. The cast also features dancers Alicia Alva, Justin Faircloth, Ayoe Kelly and Jenna Pucell. Lighting design by Stephen Petrilli, sound design by Quentin Chiappetta, costume design by Kim Matela.

LAST CHANCE is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in Partnership with the City Council. Additional support is provided by Councilman Jimmy Van Bramer.
