Has the COVID–19 pandemic made dance and film indivisible? Will anyone return to theaters? Should we redefine the role of the spectator? These issues and others will be explored by dancer, choreographer, and filmmaker Deirdre Towers.

The producer of NYC’s Dance on Camera Festival for 18 years, Towers also produced the award- winning documentary La Chana and is at work on a documentary entitled 4 Women in a Tree. Here, she offers creative solutions employing the drawings and videos involved in her interactive dance film installation Bell 8.
