Fill up on self-love & community at MODArts Dance Collective’s Me < We: a solo dance concert on Friday & Saturday, May 3-4, 2024 7:30 PM EST at Speyer Hall @ University Settlement, 184 Eldridge Street, New York, NY 10002. Tickets are $25/general admission (plus processing fees); $20/students (up to age 22) & seniors (62+)[plus processing fees}; & $180/groups of 10 (plus processing fees). Tickets can be purchased online here and at the door.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
