McKoy Dance Project is officially back in the studios almost through our first month of rehearsals for New Visions 2023. The choreographers and dancers are working diligently to immerse themselves in this process. New Visions highlights innovative world premieres created by Artistic Director Derick McKoy, Jr. and the commissions of two emerging female choreographers, Ashley Green and Gianna Theodore. This year MDP will be sharing the stage with Culpdid Dance Company directed by Donterreo Culp for one night only. New Visions furthers the company’s ability to amplify diverse voices through the arts while highlighting authentic and sensitive stories that reflect the people. Be sure to check out our add ons and throw in a New Visions 2023 T-Shirt and signed poster in your cart!
