A fun, challenging, and inclusive environment that explores traditional modern dance forms in a contemporary context. 1 hour of technical exercises rooted in Humphrey/Limón principles blended with contemporary release and floorwork; 30 minutes of dynamic phrasework.
Class material will always be taught as if the class participant is new to the room, with multiple, repeated opportunities to embody concepts. Group participation is encouraged; individual needs and modifications are celebrated and supported.
Pants and/or kneepads are recommended for floorwork elements.
Class is $22 a person. Intro offers and class cards available!
