Brooklyn education nonprofit Dancewave has added new Youth Online Dance Classes, now open for registration!

A fun accessible Modern dance class for students with some previous Modern dance experience! Modern & Improv for Teens builds and strengthens dancer’s knowledge of the fundamentals of Modern technique and introduces the basic principles of improvisation, including an exploration of the choreographic process. Along with building strength and flexibility, students will investigate the art of improvisation and develop a deeper understanding of rhythm, modern vocabulary and phrase work.

Class tuition: $50/6-week session | $10/single drop-in
