Buglisi Dance Theatre celebrates its 26th Anniversary Season with a program of works by artistic director Jacqulyn Buglisi, company principal dancer Virginie Mecene, Ron De Jesus, and Meagan King.   All programs will feature two world premieres by Buglisi: "The Moss Anthology: Variation#5," set to a commissioned score by Jeff Beal; and "in the name of the fire, and the flame, and grace...jb," a solo for renowned principal dancer Blakeley White-McGuire.  Receiving its NYC premiere is Virginie Mecene's UNUM, an exploration of the idea that mankind comes from the same force of energy.  The trio was commissioned by Buglisi Dance Theatre.  Programs also feature "Sand," one of Buglisi's major environmental works, set to music by Philip Glass.  Choreographers Ron De Jesus and Meagan King will also show works on different evenings.  Company dancers include Kevin Predmore, Virginie Mecene, So Young An, White-McGuire, Ari Mayzick, Anne O'donnell, Lloyd Knight, and Ben Schultz.  Performance times and programs vary, so for specifics please visit www.buglisidance.org
