Only if for a Night: an evening of dance choreographed by Julia Kane to the music of Florence and the Machine. The evening will conclude with refreshments held in the theater.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Sunrise Day Camp Long Island, an 8 week summer camp provided to children with cancer and their siblings completely free of charge.

The mission of Julia Kane Dance Collective is to advocate for cancer patients and their families, while raising funds and awareness for cancer-based organizations and programming. JKDC has partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Drea’s Dream Dance Therapy Programming, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, National Marrow Donor Program, Stupid Cancer, and the Sunrise Association. Over the last 8 years, JKDC has produced three philanthropic concerts raising funds and awareness for cancer patients and their families, raising a cumulative total of over $10,000 for various programs at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Our next goal is to raise over $10,000 for Sunrise Day Camp.
