Open Level Ballet - Tuesdays at 10am / Thursdays at 11:30am

Whether you are a former dancer looking to move again, or a professional in the industry, Open Level Ballet offers a nurturing and creative environment - all while challenging students. Dancers can modify the given class exercises if injured or are beginner level, while more experienced dancers are encouraged to embellish the given material (pointe shoes welcome!). Classes will comprise of a full barre and center, including grand allegro.
 
Previous ballet experience and a basic knowledge of ballet technique are required. If you have never taken ballet before, please check out our Absolute Beginner classes!

Located in Long Island City, right off the 7 train at 33rd St-Rawson St.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
