Obremski/Works invites you to this behind-the-scenes look into the making of "Opportunity" to showcase the powerful possibilities of collaborative communities through dance films.


On Saturday, May 30th at 7:30 EDT, Obremski/Works will be screening "Opportunity", a dance film in collaboration and commissioned by Brigham Young University's Contemporary Dance Theatre, through this Facebook Live event!
Joining Founder and Artistic Director Jesse Obremski will be special guests for a pre-showing and post-showing discussion.

"Opportunity", had it's live version's world premiere in February 2019! BYU later toured the work to Prague, Czech Republic (July 2019). It was also toured to the DUMBO Dance Festival in New York City (October 2019) where it received a DUMBO Dance Festival 2019 Award and opportunity to later tour to Detroit, Michigan in August 2020. "Opportunity" has been mentioned to be "The best 10 minutes of my day" and we hope that you join in for our screening and discussion!

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
