Transportation: E train towards Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer then Q5 towards 231 St Via Merrick Blvd to Merrick Blvd/Foch Blvd. Q84 towards Laurelton 238 St Via 120 Ave to Merrick Blvd/Foch Blvd. Q85 towards Rochdale Village Farmers Blvd to Merrick Blvd/Foch Blvd.

4:00pm Pre-Show Yoga with I AM YOGI Studio

Wake up your body and drop into the moment with a 45-minute pre-show yoga flow. We’ll move through an invigorating, music-inspired sequence designed to loosen the hips, open the heart, and spark your energy before the dance festival begins. Expect good vibes, deep breaths, and feel-good movement to get you fully present and ready to celebrate. All levels welcome—just bring your mat and your energy.
