Choreographer Stephen Petronio brings his acclaimed evening-length work, UNDERLAND (2003), to The Joyce Theater, April 5-10, 2011. Inspired by the tender, bittersweet songs of art rock balladeer Nick Cave, UNDERLAND features Petronio's company of eleven dancers in a multilayered work that includes visual design by Ken Tabachnick and Mike Daly, and costumes by Tara Subkoff.
