Announcing Winter Workshop:

Preciousness of the Moment will be a three hour sensitization practice where together, we will delve into tactile exploration. Let’s move, feel and find joy and awareness of the moment. This workshop is perfect for all levels of movers who are looking to awaken their senses and start the new year off refreshed.
